Karmic Architects & Interior Designers

We have been running Karmic Architects & Interior Designers out of Sector 37 Arun Vihar 446 for quite some time now. It’s a busy little spot, and if you know this part of the neighborhood, you know how things can get. Most of our days are spent hunched over large desks covered in tracing paper and pens that always seem to run out of ink right when you need them. People stop by to talk about their houses or how they want to fix up a room, and we just sit down and try to figure it out together. It isn’t always glamorous work. There is a lot of back and forth with contractors and waiting on deliveries that sometimes show up late. But that is just the way it goes in this business. We handle both the big structural stuff and the smaller details inside. Sometimes we are arguing over where a wall should go and other times it is just about what kind of light fixture won't look silly in a small hallway. The office at number 446 is where all the planning happens, usually with a lot of tea and some messy sketches. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that, just a place where we get the work done and try to keep things moving forward for whoever walks through the door. It gets pretty loud when everyone is talking at once, but we manage to stay organized enough.
