Mirch Masalay Multicuisine Restaurant

We are set up in MSX Mall, specifically at shops 104 and 105. This is over in Site 4 of the UPSIDC area in Greater Noida. Being near Haldiram means there’s usually a lot of people walking around the mall. We call ourselves a multicuisine place because we like to cook a bit of everything. It’s a big mall and we wanted a spot where you could get different kinds of food in one sitting. It's just me and a small team in the back. We aren't a big chain or anything corporate. We just rented these shops and started cooking. The mall atmosphere is okay, it keeps things climate-controlled at least. Some days it’s quiet, and we just wait for the evening crowd to show up after they finish their shopping. We don't have a lot of marketing stuff. We just put the menu out and hope people like what they eat. It’s a practical way to run a business. Greater Noida is spread out, so having a spot in the mall makes sense for us. We spend most of our time prepping vegetables and making sure the kitchen is ready. It’s a lot of hours, but that's what it takes to keep a place like this running. If you’re wandering through MSX Mall, you’ll see us on the floor. Just look for shops 104 and 105 near the corridor.
