Sector 62 in Noida is a really busy hub, and being in an IT park means there's always a lot of movement. It’s a modern building, but our office feels pretty regular inside. We’ve got our computers, some printers, and stacks of property files. We handle real estate work for people in and around Noida. It’s not always easy with the changing prices and all the new developments, but we do our best to keep up. We aren't into big speeches or fancy brochures. We just talk to folks about what they’re looking for. Sometimes it’s a small apartment, other times it’s an office space nearby. We spend a lot of time checking out the latest construction sites to see how they’re coming along. The elevator in the building can be slow during lunch hour, which is always a bit annoying. We’re just a group of people who know the Noida market well. We handle the registrations, the visits, and the negotiations without any extra fluff. It’s a practical business. We’ve been here for a while and have seen Sector 62 grow quite a bit. It’s a decent place to work, even if the traffic outside gets a little crazy sometimes. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we sort through our daily emails and maps.
