Maa Vaishno Dhaba

We are set up in Tulsi Market over in Sector 5, Harola. It’s a crowded area and there’s always something going on outside the door. Maa Vaishno Dhaba has been in this spot for some time now. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just a place for people to sit down. Most of the folks who come in are working nearby in Harola and just need a quick bite. We start early in the morning to get the pots going. The market gets noisy by ten, and that’s when the first few people start showing up. It’s not a large space, so sometimes it feels a bit cramped when it’s raining or really hot outside. We just serve the usual stuff you expect at a dhaba. There’s no secret to it, just cooking every day. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected, which can be a bit of a headache. The floors are old, and we’re always wiping down the tables because of the dust from the street. It’s a lot of work running a place like this in Ghaziabad. We don't have any waiters in uniforms or anything like that. Just us helping out and making sure the plates are full. If you’re walking through Tulsi Market, you’ll probably see us. We’re right there among the other shops. Just a regular dhaba doing its thing every day of the week, trying to keep up with the rush.
