Lucknow Wale Kababi

Lucknow Wale Kababi is on the ground floor of the Arbtech Matrix Tower in Sector 132. We are right opposite Jaypee Hospital, so we get a lot of people coming over from there. Noida is full of these big glass buildings, and we are tucked into one of them. It is a practical spot for office workers to grab something to eat during their break. We don't try to be anything we aren't. There are no fancy tablecloths or waiters in uniforms here. It is just a straightforward place where you can get kababs. The 201304 area is quite modern, but our cooking style is more traditional. We spend a lot of time around the grills and it gets quite hot in the kitchen. We’ve been here for a while now and we have a good relationship with the people in the building. Sometimes the line gets long and we have to tell people to wait, but usually, we manage to keep things moving. We aren't some big corporation with a head office. We are just here every day, making sure the food is ready when the lunch rush starts. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. We just want to provide a decent meal to the people working in this part of Noida. It isn't perfect, but we put in the work and keep the grill hot.
