Lavana Architect & Interior Designers

Lavana Architect & Interior Designers is set up in Sector 92. We’ve been working out of this area for a bit, and honestly, it’s a good spot for what we do. The office isn't anything too special to look at, just a regular place where we keep our computers and all the project files that seem to pile up no matter how much we clean. We spend our days jumping between designing the outside of buildings and figuring out what to do with the inside. It’s a lot of back and forth, really. One minute you’re thinking about the roof and the next you’re wondering if a certain shade of paint will look weird when the sun hits it in the afternoon. People in Sector 92 know us as just regular folks who happen to know how to draw up a floor plan. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re better than anyone else. Designing a house or an office is just hard work and requires a lot of patience. Sometimes things go wrong, like a supplier sending the wrong flooring or a measurement being slightly off, and we just have to fix it and move on. That is just the reality of building things. We try to be direct and just get the job finished so people can get on with their lives. It's a simple way of working.
