Amit Singh Architects

We are based in Sector 153 at the Urbtech Npx building. It's a busy spot in Noida. Amit Singh handles the main architectural work here. Usually, the office is full of blueprints and coffee cups. We spend a lot of time on site visits around Uttar Pradesh. Sometimes the traffic to Sector 153 is a bit much, but we get there. People usually come to us when they have a plot and need drawings that actually work for their budget. We don't do anything too fancy, just solid design work. The office isn't huge but we have enough space for the desks and the computers we need. We've been at this address for a bit now. Most days it's just us figuring out structural details or talking to contractors on the phone. It gets loud sometimes when everyone is talking at once. We like the area because it’s growing fast. If you're looking for the place, it's pretty easy to find once you get into the complex. We try to keep things simple here. No big corporate meetings, just sitting down and getting the lines right on the page. We deal with all sorts of buildings. It's a lot of back and forth with the city rules. Noida has a lot of specific requirements, so we spend time making sure everything fits the code. That's pretty much what goes on in our corner of the Urbtech building every day. It's a lot of hard work but we enjoy seeing things get built.
