It’s quite high up in the air, so we get a really good view of the area near Pari Chowk from our windows. Ark Spaceplanning Pvt Ltd has been based here for a while. Being in a residency building is a bit different than being in a standard office block, but it’s quiet and it lets us focus on the planning work we do. 201310 is a growing part of the world, and there’s always some new construction happening somewhere nearby that we can see from up here. Our days are mostly filled with looking at layouts and making sure every inch of a space is used properly. It’s a lot of staring at blueprints and talking about where walls and furniture should go. We don’t really do those big, polished sales pitches you see in movies. We just sit at the big table and hash things out until they make sense. The lift ride up to the 16th floor gives you a second to breathe before the busy day starts. We try to keep the office fairly tidy, but there are always rolls of tracing paper and long rulers sitting around. Being near Pari Chowk means we see a lot of people passing through this part of Noida. It’s a practical location for our team.
