Designer Concepts

Our place is over at C-166, Sector-63. It’s a busy industrial area, so there is always a lot of noise from the street and trucks moving around outside. Designer Concepts is basically just where we do all our planning and drawing. We work on various design projects, mostly for home interiors and some furniture. It is a bit of a mess in here with all the blueprints and material samples lying around on the desks. We have a few computers that are always running hot because the design software we use is quite heavy. I started this because I liked making things look right, and now it has turned into a full-time job with a handful of employees helping me. We aren't a big firm with a receptionist or a coffee machine for guests. Usually, if you visit, one of us will just pull up a chair for you. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are just too busy working to worry about that right now. Sector-63 is a good enough spot for us because we are close to the people who supply the materials. It saves us a lot of time on transport. Sometimes we have to stay late when a deadline is coming up, but we try to get home for dinner. It is just honest work. We don't do much marketing, just people telling their friends about us. That seems to work out okay for everyone involved.
