We are Kayaum Biryani Restaurany, located in Deepak Vihar within Khora Colony, right near Sector 62 in Noida. If you know the area near GIP, you know it gets pretty packed with people. We set up here because there’s always someone looking for a good plate of biryani. It’s a busy spot, and we stay busy too. Our kitchen mostly smells of spices all day long. We don't have a big corporate team or anything; it’s just us making sure the rice and meat are cooked just right. Khora is a crowded place, and we fit right in with the hustle. We serve a lot of people who are just passing through or living nearby who don't want to cook after a long shift. The benches are simple, and we don't put on any airs. It’s about the food, really. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the rhythms of the street. Some days are faster than others, but we’re always there. We keep the pots going from morning till late. It’s a lot of lifting and stirring, but that’s the job. People come for the biryani because they know what to expect from us. No surprises, just a solid meal in a busy part of Noida. We spend our time working the stoves and making sure the containers are full for the hungry crowds.
