Kapoors Balle Balle is our place at K 2, Sector 29, in Noida. We are tucked into the Brahmaputra Market, which is a very active area for food. The pin code is 201303. We’ve been here for a good while, and it’s a busy little shop. We don’t have a lot of space, but we make it work with what we have. Most of our day is spent in the kitchen area, getting the food ready for the crowds that come through the market. It’s a bit of a cramped space and it gets noisy with all the people and the traffic outside, but we are used to it by now. We are a small team and we do everything ourselves, from the cooking to the washing up. We don't have any corporate mission or fancy talk, we just open up and get to work. The tables are simple and we try to keep them as clean as possible between customers. Sector 29 is a fast-paced place, so we have to move quickly to keep up with the orders. Sometimes we get a bit overwhelmed when it’s really busy, but we just keep going. We are just a local business trying to do our daily work in the middle of a busy Noida market. We see the same people every day and that’s just how it is being here. We don't plan on changing anything. We just stay here and do our thing while the rest of the city rushes by.
