We've been here at Shop Number 39 for a while now. Sector 110 is a busy spot but we are tucked right behind the HDFC Bank. People find us easily once they see the bank building. It's just a regular place where we cook the food we like eating ourselves. My brother and I started this because we wanted a spot in Noida that felt like home. Usually, it's just us and a couple of helpers in the kitchen. The chairs aren't fancy and the menu is stuff we've known for years. We don't do much advertising because most folks just walk in from the neighborhood or stop by after doing their banking. Sometimes it gets crowded in the evenings, especially on weekends when families come out. We try to keep things moving. If you're looking for us, just head towards that big HDFC branch in Sector 110 and walk around to the back. We're usually open till late. There’s nothing too complicated about how we run things. We just buy fresh stuff every morning and get to work. It's a small space, but we make it work. Some days are loud, some are quiet. That’s just how it goes in a place like this.
