Kabab Plus

Kabab Plus is a small spot we have in Noida, specifically in Sector 34. Our address is Door No R 2, C-74, and we are quite close to Billabong High International School. Being near a school means we see a lot of kids and parents around. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here. We aren't trying to be a five-star place or anything like that. We just focus on getting the food cooked and handed over to people. The shop isn't huge, so it’s mostly for quick bites or taking something home. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen area. Noida - 201307 can be a bit hectic, but Sector 34 feels like a decent neighborhood to be in. We have our routine every morning, setting things up and checking the supplies. It’s just a few of us working here. We don't have a big corporate office or a bunch of managers. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves. It’s practical work. We’ve been here for a bit now and we know many of the neighbors. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and keep the place running. It’s a straightforward business and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. Just a place for food in Sector 34. We stay open until the orders stop coming for the night.
