Jai Jai Shri Sai Realtech Private Limited is located at Kunti Sadan, specifically on the 1st and 2nd floors. We are based in the village of Nalgadha in Sector-145. It isn't a fancy glass building or anything like that. Most days it’s just us sitting at our desks, handling piles of paperwork for land and local houses. We have been working from this spot for a while now. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you aren’t used to them, especially during the afternoon heat when the air gets heavy. There is usually quite a bit of noise from the road outside because Sector-145 is growing so fast these days. We keep a small stash of tea bags and an electric kettle in the corner because the nearest tea shop is a bit of a walk away. People come in all the time with questions about different plots or new flats being built nearby. We try our best to keep all the files organized, but sometimes things get a little messy on the desks when we are really busy. It is a very practical sort of place. We don’t have a big reception desk or people in suits waiting at the door to greet you. It’s just a regular office where we get through the daily work. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a while, but that is just how things are around here. We know the neighbors well and the dust from the construction nearby gets everywhere, but we just wipe the tables and keep going.
