Indian And Chinese Restaurant

We set up shop here in Sector 108 in Noida. We’re right near the Ats building, which is a big landmark in this area. It’s a developing part of Noida, so there’s always something going on. We decided to do both Indian and Chinese dishes because that’s what people around here usually ask for. It’s a simple concept. We aren't trying to win awards or anything. We just want to make sure the person coming in after a long day of work gets a good meal. The kitchen has two sides to it, one for the tandoor and curries and the other for the wok stuff. It gets hot in there. My brother and I manage the floor. We see a lot of office workers during the day and then families from the apartments in the evening. Sector 108 is getting busier every year. We’ve had to add a few more tables recently. The decor is nothing special, just some chairs and tables that work. We focus on getting the orders right. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients if the day is busier than we thought it would be. That’s just how it goes with a small business. We like being part of this neighborhood. It’s honest work, and we plan on staying here as long as the neighbors keep coming by. We don't do delivery ourselves, but people come by to pick things up.
