Harsh Property

We’ve been running Harsh Property from our office on the 3rd floor of Tradex Tower for quite a while now. Most people know the building because it’s right near the Cafe Coffee Day, so it’s easy to find if you’re coming in for a chat. We mainly deal with local property stuff around here. It gets a bit busy some days, but we try to keep things moving. We help folks look at flats or plots and try to explain how things work without making it too complicated. It’s just a small team of us working here. Sometimes the lift in the tower is a bit slow, but we don’t mind. Being near the coffee shop helps when we need a quick break. We handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. People walk in asking about prices or what is available in the neighborhood. We just tell them what we know based on what is currently on the market. We aren't doing anything fancy, just standard property work. If you are looking for a place or want to sell something, we usually have a few files on the desk that might be useful. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have going on. We’ve seen the area change over the years. We spend a lot of time on the phone with owners and buyers. It’s just regular work for us, day in and day out, helping people figure out their property needs without any fuss.
