Hargyans Investorpropmart Private Limited is located at GF-8 in City Plaza, which is part of Gaur City-1 in Greater Noida West. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in when they are out doing their shopping or errands in the plaza. Gaur City is a huge place and it feels like a whole city on its own. We’ve been here since things were just starting to get built. Our office is usually full of maps and brochures for the different projects around Noida 201318. It can get a bit cluttered with all the papers, but we know where everything is. We talk to all kinds of people, from young couples looking for their first flat to older folks wanting to put their savings into a bit of land. We don't have a big team or a lot of rules about how we talk to people. We just sit down and have a conversation. Sometimes the mall music from outside is a bit loud, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't into big marketing slogans. We just know the local market and what the builders are up to. It’s a busy life in Greater Noida and we are just trying to keep up with all the new developments while staying grounded in our little corner of City Plaza. It’s a long day sometimes, but meeting different people makes it interesting.
