Firewall Realty Private Limited is based out of F-1102 in the Amrapali Zodiac Apartment complex. Specifically, we are tied into the Owner Association area in GH-03, Sector 120. Working from an apartment complex like this gives us a different perspective on how things run. It’s not your typical high-street office. We see the residents coming and going every day. Our work mostly revolves around the realty needs of people in and around Sector 120. It gets pretty busy here with all the different buildings and people moving in or out. We aren't some huge corporate entity with branches everywhere. It’s just our small group working from F-1102. We spend a lot of time discussing maintenance, property values, and the general goings-on in the Amrapali Zodiac community. Sometimes the elevators are slow, but that’s just life in a big complex. We don't use a lot of polished language or sales talk. We just tell people the facts about the apartments and the area. It is a very practical way to work. Being right here on the ground means we know the issues people face. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the local regulations. It’s a lot of talking to neighbors and keeping track of who is doing what. We’ve been part of this Sector 120 community for a bit now and it feels like a good fit for us and our small team.
