Our office for Estatebull Realtors Private Limited is over at H-38 in Sector-116. It’s a pretty quiet spot compared to some of the busier parts of the city, which is nice for getting things done. We spend most of our time dealing with property matters and talking to people about where they might want to live or invest. It is a small team here, just a handful of us who know the area well. We don't have a giant lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we keep all our files and maps. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up, but we manage. Sector-116 has been developing quite a bit recently, so there is always something new to look at or a new project starting up nearby. We try to keep up with all the changes. Most of the work involves a lot of driving around and showing people different spots. It can be tiring, but it’s what we do. We don’t really do big marketing campaigns. Most people find us because they saw the sign at H-38 or heard about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We just try to be honest about what we see in the market. It’s a regular job and we show up every day to do it. The paperwork can be a headache sometimes, but that’s just part of the real estate business these days in this part of the city.
