Esha Real Estates

Esha Real Estates is located at A 73 in Sector 65. We are right opposite Bhardwaj Hospital, so that’s the easiest way to find us if you’re coming from the main road. It’s a busy corner of the sector. We’ve got a small storefront where we handle all the real estate business. There’s usually a lot of noise from the hospital traffic and the cars passing by all day. Inside, it’s just a few of us working at our desks. We have posters of different properties on the walls, though some of them are a bit faded now from the sun coming through the window. Real estate is a lot of work, mostly talking to people and checking out different sites. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s more of a local operation where we know the streets and the buildings around here better than anyone. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit by the door to get some light and air. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for clients to show up. It’s not a fancy life, but it keeps us busy. We spend our time going through documents and making sure everything is in order for the people we help out. The office gets a bit dusty because of the constant construction nearby, but we try to keep it tidy enough. It’s just a regular spot where we do our jobs every day without making any big fuss about it.
