Our base is in Flat 707, which is inside Tower B4 of Supertech Eco Village 1. Being right here in the middle of a big residential complex makes sense for what we do. It’s a busy place with kids playing and people heading to work at all hours. Elite Club Realtors is just us working out of this flat. It doesn't look like a typical corporate office, and we prefer it that way. It feels more like a home. We have our computers and a bunch of folders scattered around. Most of our work involves helping people find apartments or shops around Noida and Ghaziabad. Since we are on the seventh floor, we get a good look at the surrounding area. The neighborhood has grown so fast that it’s hard to keep up sometimes. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or walking over to meet people at different towers. It’s a lot of running around, really. We don't have a big fancy website or a huge advertising budget. Most people find us because they live in the building or their friends told them about us. We try to be practical and honest about things. If a place has issues, we’ll tell you. We drink way too much coffee and the office usually has some background noise from the community outside. It’s just how we operate day to day without making a big fuss about anything.
