Earth Realty Propmart

Our office, Earth Realty Propmart, is up on the third floor of Tredex Tower II in Nehru Place. It’s 112-A, right in the middle of all the tech shops and offices that this area is known for. If you’ve ever been to Nehru Place, you know how crowded it gets, with people everywhere and the parking always being a bit of a challenge. We’ve been in this building for some time now. The elevator can be slow during the lunch hour, so we often end up taking the stairs if we’re in a hurry to meet someone downstairs. The office is mostly just desks piled with folders and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. We spend our days talking to people about local property, checking listings, and making sure the paperwork is sorted out correctly. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails, to be honest. Outside the window, you can see the rooftops of other buildings and the constant flow of people in the courtyard below. It’s a bit gray and concrete, but that’s just how it is here. We like being in the thick of things because everyone passes through Nehru Place at some point. It’s a practical location for what we do, even if it’s not the quietest place to work. We just keep our heads down and get the work done, focusing on what needs to happen each day.
