You can find us in Arun Vihar, specifically in Sector 28 of Noida. We’re at 509, which is easy enough to find if you know the area. Being in Noida means there’s always something happening, but this sector is a bit more residential and quiet than the industrial parts. DTZ is written on the door. Our office is basically a few rooms filled with computers and a lot of paper. I spend most of my time here coordinating things and making sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. The commute can be a bit of a drag with the traffic on the main roads, but once I’m inside, it’s just the usual work. We have a small pantry where we make coffee. The furniture is a bit mismatched because we just added things as we needed them over the years. It’s not a polished environment, but it works for us. We handle a lot of different tasks, mostly involving property stuff or management, but it changes day to day. We don't go in for big marketing or fancy words. We just stay here in Sector 28 and do what needs to be done. Sometimes the security guards from the gate come by for a chat. It feels like being part of a real neighborhood. We’ve been at this address for some time now and know the local shops well. It’s just a regular office where we keep things moving forward every single day.
