Design Architectural Solutions

We are located in Greater Noida, specifically in Chitwan Estate, Gamma 2. Our unit is G 814. It’s right near the Authority building, which makes it easy to give directions when people are coming to visit. Design Architectural Solutions has been based here for a few years now. It’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of Delhi, which we don't mind at all. The estate is mostly residential, so it feels a bit more personal and less like a cold office building. Our office is a small room we've converted to fit our needs. It’s got our computers, a few chairs, and a lot of paper samples stacked in the corners. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Usually, people just know where we are because they’ve been here before. Working in Noida means we deal with a lot of local projects around the 201310 area. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just us. We handle everything from the first call to the final drawings ourselves. Sometimes we are out on sites all day, so the office stays locked. It’s a very hands-on way of working and we prefer it that way. We don't use any fancy buzzwords or make big promises we can't keep. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It’s a steady pace of life out here. We enjoy being part of the local community.
