If you’re looking for Delhi Tools, we’re at D-25 in Sector 9, right across from the Bank of India. Having the bank right there makes it easy for people to find us, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare during banking hours. Our shop is a bit of an old-school place. We have bins full of different tools and hardware scattered around. It’s not the most organized system in the world, but if you ask, we can usually find what you’re looking for in a minute or two. We’ve been here for years, and the walls are covered in old calendars and notes we’ve scribbled over time. It’s a bit cramped inside, especially when we get a big delivery and the boxes are stacked in the aisles. We just work around it. The staff is just a few local guys who know their way around a toolbox. We don’t use any big words or try to sell you stuff you don’t need. If a tool is good, we’ll tell you, and if it’s cheap and likely to break, we’ll probably tell you that too. We like to keep things honest because we have to see our customers every day in the market. It’s a noisy, busy part of town, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. Just look for the sign opposite the bank and you’ll see us.
