You can find Dawon Lion Realty (OPC) Private Limited over at Aura Cinema in Raj Nagar Extension. We are in unit L-303. Being near the cinema means there is always a lot of energy and people around, especially on the weekends. Our office is a simple one-room setup with a couple of desks and a small sofa for guests. We’ve got some maps of Raj Nagar Extension pinned to the walls because the area is expanding so fast. It is hard to keep track of all the new buildings popping up. We spend most of our time answering calls and trying to keep our paperwork in order. The office isn't very fancy, but it gets the job done. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle everything from the initial talk to the final papers. Sometimes the traffic in the extension is a nightmare, so we do a lot of our meetings right here in the office. We drink a lot of water and try to stay cool when the sun is hitting the windows in the afternoon. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t do big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people walking by or local referrals. We’re just a small team trying to make a living in a busy part of town. We usually finish up the day by filing away the new contracts we signed.
