Colliers International India Delhi

Our Delhi area office for Colliers International India is actually located out in Noida, at A 211 Jalvayu Towers. We are in Sector 47, which is a fairly well-known part of the city in Uttar Pradesh. The landmark we always give people is the Jagaran Public School, which is right next door to us. You can usually hear the school bells and the kids playing during the day, which keeps things from ever being too quiet around here. Jalvayu Towers is a big residential and commercial complex, so there is always a lot of coming and going. Our unit, A 211, is where we set up shop. It is a standard building, nothing too fancy, but it has plenty of space for what we need to do. The security at the gate can be a bit strict sometimes, but that is probably a good thing for everyone living and working here. Noida Sector 47 has some decent parks and places to grab a quick lunch nearby, which is handy. We have been here for a bit now and have settled into a good routine. The commute through Noida can be a bit of a pain depending on the traffic at the main intersections, but once you get into the Sector 47 area, it calms down a little. It is a practical, no-nonsense location that serves us well for our work in the Delhi NCR region. We just focus on our daily work and keep things simple without too much fuss.
