Our office is in the Shanta Building, rooms 201 and 301, right on 18th June Road in Panjim. Being in North Goa means things can get quite busy, especially on this street. Chinto's Consult4Realestate Advisory Private Limited is where we handle all the property advisory stuff. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’ve been here for a while. The 18th June Road is a famous spot in Goa, so people usually find us without too much trouble. Inside, the office is just a regular workspace. We have files stacked up and some old chairs for visitors. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. People in Panjim know us. We look at a lot of different properties, from small apartments to larger plots of land further out. Real estate in Goa has its own rhythm, and we just follow it. Sometimes the humidity makes the paperwork stick together, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the state. We just want to do our job well for the people who come through our door. The 403001 area has changed a lot since we started, but the Shanta Building stays pretty much the same. It’s a solid place to work from. We just take the calls and do the visits as they come. Panjim is a small town really, even if it is a capital. We just keep the doors open for advice.
