Chawlas 2

Our place, Chawla’s 2, is on the ground floor of the Urb Tech Matrix building in Sector 132, Noida. We are right across from JAY Pee Hospital, which means we see a lot of people who are visiting the hospital or working there. It is a modern building, so the space feels a bit newer than some of our other locations. However, we still try to keep that same down-to-earth feeling inside. The glass windows look out onto the street, and you can watch the cars go by while you eat. Noida is always growing, and Sector 132 is a prime example of all the new construction and office blocks popping up. We get a lot of corporate crowds during the lunch hour, people in a hurry to get back to their desks. Then in the evening, it shifts to more families or people staying nearby. The kitchen is tucked away in the back, and we keep it running from late morning until the night shift ends. We don't have any big plans to change how we do things. We just focus on keeping the tables clean and making sure the food is ready when people want it. It’s a lot of management and keeping an eye on the details, but it works for us. We are just another part of this busy business park, serving whoever stops by.
