Chaukor Studio

You’ll find us in C Block, Sector 65, out in Noida. This part of town is pretty busy with all the offices and warehouses nearby. Our studio is tucked away here, and it’s where we spend most of our waking hours. We aren’t really into the corporate vibe. We prefer our space to feel like a workshop. There are models made of cardboard and scraps of wood sitting on almost every surface. We spend a lot of time thinking about how spaces work for the people who actually use them. It’s not just about drawing lines on a screen; it’s about figuring out life inside a building. Sometimes we spend hours just talking about one small detail that nobody else will ever notice. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you knock, one of us will just look up from our desk and say hello. We like to keep things grounded and real. The noise from the street is always there, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We drink too much tea and often stay way too late, but the work is interesting enough that we don’t mind the long hours. It’s just a group of us trying to make sense of design in a practical way. No big promises, just steady work and a lot of sharp pencils.
