Cb Richard Ellis

Our office is in Noida, over in Sector 21. We are located in the P Block at building number 353. It’s a pretty quiet part of the sector, which is nice because it allows us to focus on the real estate work we do for Cb Richard Ellis. The building is a standard Noida structure, nothing too flashy or modern. We have our workspace set up inside with all the usual things like computers, printers, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. We spend our time looking at property listings and talking to people about where they want to move or build. The staff here is a mix of people from different parts of the NCR. We don't have a formal dress code unless we are going out to meet someone important. Most days, it’s just us in our regular clothes, working through the files. We like the location because it’s easy to get to from the main roads, but far enough away that we don't hear all the traffic noise. The office has a very lived-in feel to it. There are stacks of papers and maps everywhere. We don't bother with corporate decor. We just make sure we know what’s happening in the local real estate market. It is a steady, quiet way to work in a city that usually feels very fast.
