Capovex Realty Private Limited is based out of Sector 63 in Noida. We are in the C-220 building. This part of Noida is very industrial and full of different companies, so it can be a bit of a maze if you don't know your way around. Our office is just a regular floor space where we keep our computers and files. We deal with property and realty stuff around Gautam Buddha Nagar. It is a fast-paced environment here. Everyone is always in a hurry. We try to keep our heads down and just do our work. There are no fancy lounges or high-end coffee machines in our office. We just have a kettle and some basic chairs. We talk to people who are looking for office spaces or homes in the area. Since we are right in Sector 63, we see the growth happening every day. It's dusty and loud sometimes because of the construction, but that’s just how Noida is right now. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we are here and we know the streets. If someone calls, we answer. If they want to see a place, we take them. The 201301 area is our main focus. We aren't looking to change the world, just to help people find a spot that works for them without any extra drama.
