Baisla Reality operates out of Flat Q/503 in the Plumeria Garden Estate. We are located at Plot GH-01 in Sector-Omicron-III, which is part of Greater Noida. Living and working in the same estate makes things pretty convenient. We mostly deal with properties in and around this part of Gautam Buddha Nagar. It’s a busy area with a lot of new buildings going up all the time. Our office isn't a shop on the street, it’s just a flat where we keep our files and meet with clients. This makes it feel a bit more personal when people come over to discuss a deal. We spend a lot of time walking around the different sectors here to see how construction is going. Greater Noida is a big place, but Sector-Omicron-III is our home base. We don't have a huge staff or fancy brochures. Usually, it’s just us on our phones or laptops trying to keep track of who is selling what. We’ve been in the 201308 area for a bit now, so we’ve seen how much it has changed. It can be a bit overwhelming with all the development, but we just focus on what we know. If you’re looking for someone who knows the Plumeria Garden area well, we are right here in the building.
