Artech Design Consultants is situated at D 346, Sector 10 in Noida. If you are looking for us, we are right behind Swani Furnitures. That’s usually the easiest way to give directions. Sector 10 is a well-known area for businesses like ours. We have been working from this location for a good bit, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Our office is where all the consulting happens. We sit down with people and look at their land or their existing buildings and try to figure out the best way to design them. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We have a few desks set up with computers for the drafting work. It’s a working office, so it’s often a bit cluttered with papers, measuring tapes, and site photos. We don't try to look like a high-end corporate firm. We are just local consultants who know the building rules and how to make a design look decent. People come to us when they need practical advice on their construction projects. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and making sure they understand the plans we’ve drawn up. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, but that’s the nature of the job. Being behind the furniture store keeps us a little away from the main road noise, which is nice when we need to focus on a difficult plan.
