Architectural Services

Our office, Architectural Services, is based at H.No:C-490, which is part of the Kumar Srinivas building in Sector-19, Noida. It’s a straightforward setup. We use part of the house as our workspace because it’s easier that way. Sector 19 is a well-known part of Noida, and being here makes it easy for people to drop by. We’ve seen a lot of houses go up in this area over the years. Most of our time is spent at the desk, looking at computer screens or sketching out ideas on paper. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We have our own way of doing things and it usually involves a lot of trial and error until a plan looks right. We handle everything from small renovations to bigger layout designs. There’s always some noise from the street, and the occasional power cut that makes us scramble for the backup. That’s just part of working in Noida. We don't have a big team or a lot of flashy equipment. We use what we need to get the job done properly. People who come to us are usually looking for someone who will listen to what they need without giving them a sales pitch. We just tell them what’s possible and what’s not. It’s a very grounded way of working, and we’ve stayed here for a long time because it works for us and the people we help.
