Architect Plus

Architect Plus is based at E 97 in Sector 52, Noida. It is a pretty normal office in a busy part of town. We have been here for a bit and we handle the typical range of architectural work. We don't have a big corporate vibe or a polished image. Mostly, we are just a few people sitting at computers working on CAD drawings or talking to builders on the phone. Sector 52 is easy to get to, which is helpful because we have people dropping in quite often. We don't spend much time on marketing or trying to sound like a big deal. We just focus on getting the permits right and making sure the designs actually work in real life. Sometimes we are stuck in the office all day, and other times we are out at sites in Noida seeing how the foundation is being poured. It’s a lot of physical work and mental puzzles. We like the process of seeing something go from a simple sketch to an actual building. Our office is usually full of rolls of paper and some half-empty cups of tea. It’s an honest way to make a living and we enjoy the challenge of it. We just try to be helpful and get the job done without any unnecessary drama or fancy talk. That’s pretty much how we operate here.
