A-One Chinese Corner

If you’ve ever spent any time around Sector 62 in Noida, you know how busy it gets, especially near the Assotech building. We are located right on the Main Road in Deepak Vihar, which is part of the Khora Colony. It’s a 201309 pincode, but most people just find us by looking for the steam coming off the woks. A-One Chinese Corner isn't a big restaurant with white tablecloths. It’s more of a place where the floor might be a bit worn out because of all the feet coming in and out. The heat from the burners stays in the air, and we are constantly chopping vegetables or frying something up. In the evenings, the crowd from the offices nearby starts pouring in, and the Khora Colony streets get even more crowded than usual. We don’t have a lot of space for sitting around, so it’s usually quite fast-paced. We’ve been at this spot for a bit, watching the traffic on the Main Road go by. It’s loud, it’s busy, and sometimes we run out of things before the night is over. That’s just how it goes when you’re running a small food joint in a place like Noida. We don't worry about being the most famous spot in the city. We just focus on the orders we have right in front of us. It’s honest work, and the regulars seem to appreciate that we are always here for them.
