Biryani Gully

Biryani Gully is located at Shop No 1 on Plot No 449 in Sector 51, Noida. We are right near the Union Bank of India. It’s a small shop in a busy part of the city. We aren't a big chain with many locations. This is just our one spot where we do everything. The day starts early with us cleaning the shop and getting the ingredients ready. Sector 51 has a lot of people moving around, and we are right in the middle of it. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside. We have simple tables and chairs and a small counter. We don’t have a PR person or a mission statement. We just focus on the work. Sometimes it gets very hot in the kitchen, especially during the summer months in Noida. We handle all the prep ourselves, from cutting the vegetables to mixing the spices. It’s a lot of manual work. We don't have fancy machines to do it for us. We just want to run a steady business and serve the people who live and work around here. Most of our regulars are folks from the nearby offices or banks. We don't use any marketing tricks. We are just here every day working hard to get the food out. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We stay open late most nights to finish cleaning the kitchen for tomorrow.
