Anand Powder Ltd.

Anand Powder Ltd operates out of A-99 in Sector 58. This is a big industrial area so it is mostly warehouses and factories all around us. The building we are in is very functional and does not have any extra frills. We do not have much in the way of landscaping or a nice garden, just the concrete structure and the main gate. Inside the building, it is mostly about the production line and the storage areas. We deal with powder products every single day. It is a dusty business, to be honest with you. We wear our masks and keep the industrial fans going to stay cool. The trucks come in and out through the day to pick up loads. It gets very noisy when the machines are all running at the same time. We have been in this sector for a long time and have seen many neighbors come and go. The roads around here get a bit rough during the monsoon season with all the puddles and mud. We usually eat our lunch together in the small break area near the back. It is not a corporate setup with glass walls or fancy carpets. It is a real work site. Most of the staff live in the nearby colonies so they commute by bike or bus. We focus on getting the batches right and meeting the daily targets. Sometimes the power goes out and we just wait it out for the backup to kick in. It is a steady life.
