A F Tool Tech

At B 94 in Sector 10, we run A F Tool Tech. It is a humble setup where we focus on various tooling needs. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, but we have a lot going on inside. There are shelves lined with specialized components and machines that we use for our daily tasks. It can get pretty loud when everyone is working at once. We usually have a radio playing in the background to keep things lively. The neighborhood is full of other small workshops, so there is a sense of community among the people working here. If someone runs out of welding rods or needs a hand moving something heavy, neighbors usually help out. Our floor is often cluttered with projects in various stages of completion. We try to keep it organized, but when things get busy, the mess grows. That’s just part of the job. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that; you just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a direct way of doing business. We have been at B 94 for a while now and we know the local area well. Most of our customers are other local businesses who need quick help with their tools. It is a steady rhythm of work that keeps us going through the week. We close up on Sundays to get some rest and come back fresh on Monday.
