4CORNERS REALESTATE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

The office for 4corners Realestate is in B1/507 at Akash Enclave. It’s right near the petrol pump, which makes it easy to tell people how to find us. Living and working in a place like this means you see the same faces every morning. We’ve got a small team here. It is an (OPC) Private Limited, which sounds official, but mostly it is just us managing things from this flat. The rooms are filled with folders and some old calendars. We don’t have a big receptionist area or anything like that. People usually just knock and come in. The area around the petrol pump is always busy with cars and bikes, so there is a lot of noise during the day. We sit by the window and watch the traffic while we talk to people on the phone. Sometimes we have to go out to show a house and we just lock up for an hour. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a comfortable spot in a residential building. We keep things simple because that is what works for us. We’ve been at this for a bit now, learning the local market by just being in it every day. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but the coffee is good and the work gets done eventually. It’s a plain workspace where we handle the daily property tasks without any fuss.
