You can find us at 3S Architects over in Greater Noida. Our office is at A-123 in Omicron-3, specifically within the Cassia Estate. A good landmark to look for is the big water tank right beside us. If you see that, you know you are in the right place. We moved to this part of Noida because it’s growing fast and there’s a lot of construction happening. Our workspace is quite basic. We have a few long tables for our drawings and some computers for the technical stuff. It’s a quiet neighborhood compared to the middle of Delhi, which helps us focus on our design work without too much noise. We aren't a corporate firm with a front desk or a lobby. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will be there at a desk. We spend our mornings checking on various sites and our afternoons back here doing the actual planning. There’s always a bit of a mess with blueprints and measuring tapes lying around. We handle everything from small renovations to bigger building designs. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture, just what we need to get the job done. It’s a practical setup for people who spend more time on construction sites than in an office chair. We just focus on making sure the plans are right and the client understands the process. It’s honest work.
