We handle the usual stuff like cash deposits, fixed deposits, and answering questions about interest rates that people find confusing. Sometimes the queue gets a little long on Mondays, and we have to ask everyone to be a bit patient while we work through the files. We don't use big fancy words to explain things; we just tell it like it is. It is mostly about keeping the records straight and making sure the cash matches up at the end of the shift. We stay until the last person is helped, then we lock up and head home like everyone else in Berhampur. It is a predictable rhythm that keeps us going through the week.
