We are based out of Kalua Street in Bijipur, which is a busy part of Berhampur. The office is in the house of Smt Reeta Patro, so it feels more like a home than a cold business office. We handle logistics and transport stuff from here in Ganjam. It’s a lot of coordinating with people all over Orissa. Our days usually start with a lot of noise from the street and the smell of tea brewing. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a big reception area. It’s mostly just us at our desks, checking schedules and talking to drivers on their mobiles. The paperwork piles up quickly, so we try to stay on top of it every afternoon. Being in a place like Berhampur, you get to know everyone on the street. People stop by just to say hello or ask for a bit of help with a delivery. We’ve seen the roads change and the town grow over the years. We handle the local transport needs without making a big deal out of it. It’s honest work, even if it gets a bit chaotic when three trucks are trying to coordinate at the same time. We don't have a big corporate manual. We just figure things out as they come up and try to make sure everything gets where it needs to go. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we always find a way to make it work for everyone involved.
