Winsome Spaces Private Limited is on the third floor of Pratik Mall. We are at unit 305. This mall is in the Kudasan area, which has really changed over the last few years. It used to be much quieter, but now there are shops and offices everywhere. Being in a mall means there’s always something going on around us. We do space development and infrastructure work, so we’re usually buried in plans or talking to contractors. Our office is a simple one. We have the third-floor view, but mostly we are looking at our screens or maps of the latest project. We aren't the type of company that has a big reception or a lot of staff in suits. We are more comfortable in our work boots and everyday clothes. A typical day for us involves checking on project timelines and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. Kudasan is a convenient spot because it’s easy to get to other parts of the region from here. We’ve got a small, tight-knit group here at Winsome. We don't spend much on advertising or making ourselves look bigger than we are. We just focus on the spaces we are building and try to keep things organized. It’s a lot of work, but we like being part of how this area is growing.
