We are located over at Gate No 2 in the Shanti Suman Commercial Industrial Part, which is right inside the Gidc area. It’s a busy industrial zone, so there is always some truck or tempo moving around outside our office. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a couple of desks, some plastic chairs for guests, and a lot of papers stacked up on the shelves. Working in a Gidc area means you get used to the sounds of machines and the general hum of industry nearby. We usually get to the office early to beat some of the traffic at the main gate. It is not exactly a quiet neighborhood, but it feels like a place where things actually get built and moved. Our space isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we need to do every day. There is a small pantry in the back where we make some tea. Most of our day is spent looking at site plans or talking to people who come by to check on their projects. It gets quite dusty around here because of all the construction and the movement of heavy vehicles, so we end up cleaning the desks almost every morning. The light in the afternoon is quite bright through the front windows. We don't really do anything fancy with the decor, it is just a practical workspace for the team to sit and work through the various tasks we have for the week.
