Vinayak Techno Cast Industries

We are set up at Plot No. 1005 in the GIDC area of Dehgam. If you go behind Nehru Cross Road, you’ll find our place among the other factories. Vinayak Techno Cast Industries is pretty much what you’d expect from a shop in an industrial estate. It’s loud, it’s hot, and there is always the smell of metal in the air. We’ve been operating out of this plot for quite a while now. The days start early when the power is steady, and we try to get as much done as we can before the afternoon heat really kicks in. It’s a lot of technical work, making sure the casts are right and the machines are behaving. Sometimes things break down and we spend half the day fixing a motor or a belt. That’s just part of life in GIDC. We don't have much of a front office, mostly just the workspace where all the action happens. The tea man comes around twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a break and talk about what needs to be shipped out next. Dehgam has grown a lot, and we’ve seen more units pop up around us over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on our own work. It’s a tough environment, but we’re used to the grit and the long hours. Every casting we finish is just another step in the day.
