Our office is located over at Adani Corporate House in Shantigram. If you know the area near Vaishno Devi Circle on the SG Highway, then you know it’s a spot that’s growing fast. We’re out in Khodiyar, so it’s a bit of a drive for some of us, but the space works well for what we do here at Uxbridge Infracon. As an infrastructure company, we spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking to contractors. Most days start with checking emails and making sure the supplies are moving to where they need to be. It’s not always glamorous work. There is a lot of back and forth with different people and sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or something else. We just deal with it as it comes. The SG Highway area is always busy, which keeps the energy up around the office. We usually have a few people coming in and out for meetings, mostly just talking about construction stuff and how things are progressing. It’s a practical workspace, nothing too over the top. We have our desks, our coffee machine, and plenty of files stacked up. We’ve been focusing on these tasks for a while now. It’s a steady routine of planning and then seeing how it looks on the ground. We don’t really spend much time on fancy talk, we just focus on the actual building work and getting it done.
