Unnati Arcadia Private Limited is based out of Zundal, which is a bit outside the main rush of Ahmedabad. You can find us at A 102 in Dwarkesh Elegence. We are right opposite Green Aura, which is the easiest way to describe where we are to someone who hasn’t been here before. Our office is a simple one on the ground floor. We don’t have a massive team or anything like that. It’s just us working on various property and development tasks throughout the week. Zundal has its own vibe and it’s a bit quieter than the city center, which we mostly enjoy. Inside the office, it’s pretty standard. We’ve got desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of folders. We don’t go for any of that corporate talk or fancy mission statements. We just show up every morning, deal with the paperwork, and try to get through our list of things to do. The area around Green Aura is growing, and we see new faces in the neighborhood quite often. Being at A 102 makes it easy for people to drop by without having to mess with stairs or elevators. We don’t spend much on advertising or anything like that. Word of mouth usually does the job for a business like ours. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs. That is pretty much all there is to us and how we run things here.
