Sminil Buildcon is located at the Atria Business Hub in Gandhinagar. Our office is B-130, which is on the first floor. We are right by the Sargasan Chowkdi, a spot that most people in Gandhinagar know well because of all the traffic and the noise. We’ve been here for a bit now. Our office isn't very large, but it works for us. We do building and construction work. If you walk into our office, you’ll probably see a lot of dust on the desks and blueprints spread out everywhere. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how things are going at our various project sites around the village. Gandhinagar is changing fast, and there’s always a new building going up in the Sargasan area. We try to keep up with everything, but it can get pretty hectic. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy sales team. We just focus on getting the projects done. Sometimes we run into delays with materials or the weather doesn't cooperate, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a lot of hard work and not much sleep on some days. If you’re around the Chowkdi, you can find us in the Atria building. We’re just a regular bunch of people trying to build things the right way. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm, just a steady one.
